Return Policy
At Plutio Audio, we want you to be delighted every time you buy from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you need to return an unopened or defective item for a refund or exchange, you can do so within 30 days. We will refund the monetary value of the items once they have been returned to us, at the price you paid for them, if applicable. Please see the returns policy below.
However, please note that we do not accept returns of open box headphones (headsets, in-ear, on-ear, high-end headphones) for hygiene reasons. Headphones can only be returned if the box is unopened, or the item is defective.
While we do offer refunds or exchanges on purchases, goods should be returned in their original packaging and in a similar condition to when they were received. Pluto Audio reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned goods are deemed to be damaged.
This is without prejudice to your statutory rights.
How to return a product
Step 1
1. Go to the ‘Order History’ page of your customer account (you may be asked to login to your account, if you haven’t already done so) and select the order containing the product you wish to return.
2. Select the product you wish to return by clicking the return button
3. Complete the ‘Product Returns’ form giving us details on your reason for making a return.
Step 2
Our customer service team will process your return request and issue you with an RA number.
Goods returned without a valid RA number will be refused and will delay the refund process.
Step 3
Goods should be returned to us in their undamaged condition with the RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the parcel.
Pluto Audio is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed by the courier. Items should be returned via a traceable carrier. All care should be taken to ensure the return packaging is sealed and protected from transit damage to avoid loss or damage.
How to track your return
Once we receive the goods we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Warranties and Repairs (if applicable)
If you are a consumer, you may have specific rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation in your province of residence regarding warranties and defective goods.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and under warranty.
